Devi Ever started out selling pedals in 2003 under the name Effector 13. In 2007 Devi briefly sold the rights to a few of her pedal designs along with the Effector 13 name to a company known as Ooh La La Manufacturing, which was a startup venture by ex-Zvex employees that unfortunately didn’t get off the ground. In 2009 Devi Ever gained back the rights to those pedals and consolidated all her effects under the devi ever : fx name, only to later that year sell the rights to a few of her joystick pedals to Dwarfcraft Devices. Sometime in 2012, Devi got those pedals back as well. This is why you might see her work under those various names.
Through out the years Devi Ever has had the pleasure to enhance the sonic lives of such artists as Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, ZZ Top, Nels Cline, Wilco, The Black Keys, Playstation Music Group at Sony, and My Bloody Valentine amongst many other great musicians.
