Why we like CIOKS
CIOKS power supplies are designed from the ground up for modern pedalboards. Ultra-low noise switch-mode designs, multiple isolated outlets and selectable voltages mean they can power everything from vintage analogue overdrives to power-hungry digital multi-effects without hiss, hum or voltage sag. The slim profile of the Future Power Generation units makes them easy to mount under most pedalboards, while their modular expander system lets you grow your rig over time.
CIOKS DC7 – Ultra-Slim, High-Current Power Hub
CIOKS DC7 is the heart of many serious boards. It offers seven fully isolated outlets, each delivering up to 660 mA at 9 V with four selectable voltages on every output (9, 12, 15 or 18 V). Despite its huge capability, DC7 has a groundbreaking 1″ (25.4 mm) profile, plus a 5 V USB outlet for your phone or tablet and a 24 V auxiliary outlet to power expanders. It’s ideal if you run a mix of high-current digital pedals (Line 6, Eventide, Strymon etc.) alongside analogue favourites without compromise.
CIOKS 8 – Future Power Generation Expander
CIOKS 8 Expander is the largest extender in the Future Power Generation series. It adds eight more isolated outlets, each with 660 mA at 9 V and four selectable voltages (9, 12, 15 and 18 V). You can link it directly to the DC7 via the 24 V courtesy outlet for a total of 15 isolated taps, or power it from another suitable 24 V source as a stand-alone unit. If you’re building a large or dual-row board, a DC7 plus CIOKS 8 combo gives you huge flexibility without taking up much space.
DC10 & legacy supplies
For players running bigger analogue rigs or lots of standard 9 V pedals, the CIOKS DC10 multi-output unit remains a solid choice. With multiple isolated outlets and plenty of current on tap, it handles larger boards where you don’t need all the advanced voltage options of the DC7 but still want CIOKS build quality and low noise performance.
Flex cables, adapters and accessories
As well as power bricks, we stock a wide selection of CIOKS Flex cables and adapters – including different plug sizes, polarities and lengths – so you can feed everything from standard 2.1 mm centre-negative pedals to oddball centre-positive units or pedals requiring series/parallel connections. Having the right Flex cables on hand makes it easy to keep your wiring tidy and your power delivery reliable.
