We post orders first class with Royal Mail.
Free delivery for UK means the delivery will be posted first class with a signature required on receipt.
This normally takes 1-3 days from posting
Next day delivery means that the items is posted out “Special Delivery” with a next day guarantee.
European deliveries are also posted using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service, which takes 5 – 10 days.
Due to the Covid pandemic all couriers have been experiencing some delays

We have a 14 day “No Quibble” returns policy.
If you do not like your pedal, then return to us, with pedal and packaging un-damaged and we will provide a refund of the full purchase price.
It will be for the customer to pay for the return postage (unless the unit is faulty)
Email us to request the return and we will provide a delivery address for the returned pedal.
Email us, using the contact form, and we will try to change the address – after we’ve asked a few questions to ensure it is you changing the address!
It is not always easy as we try to mail your order as soon as we can.
You can track the status of your order in two ways
As the order is being processed, you will be sent a confirmation email and an invoice
Once the pedal is posted, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking code and your delivery can be monitored from the Royal Mail Tracking Portal.
