Here at Guitar FX Direct we are committed to customer satisfaction and want you to receive your order as quickly as possible so you can get plugged in and crank it up.

All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Parcel Force and will need a signature upon delivery. If you place your order before 1 pm Mon-Fri and the item is in stock we will dispatch the same working day.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery is currently free to the UK and usually takes from 3-5 days but if you need it quick…

“Next Day” Delivery 

Next-day delivery uses the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and is only £5.99.

So, for example, if you order before 1 pm on a Monday you will receive your shiny new pedal on the Tuesday!

Friday “Next Day” Orders:

Please note if an order is placed on a Friday before 1 pm with Next Day Delivery as the delivery it will be dispatched on the Friday, but could arrive Saturday or Monday, subjest to Royal Mail service conditions. 

Saturday & Sunday “Next Day” Orders:

Please note if an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it may not be dispatched until Monday. You will receive your order on Tuesday

International Deliveries

Guitar FX Direct ships worldwide usually with Royal Mail International Tracked Service, European delivery time is usually between 5-10 days. 

Please note that all exports from the UK do not include tax. Your local courier/customs will collect any tax/VAT/duty due directly from you, when your package enters your country
