The Skyboost is the more restrained member of the Black Arts family.

It is a boost/overdrive/fuzz pedal that covers a wide range, from a gentle, full-range boost through to an aggressive fuzz. All without needing a wall of controls to get there!

A Different Kind of Black Arts Pedal

Most of the Black Arts range is built for maximum fuzz, however, the Skyboost takes a different approach

At lower Gain settings it’s a clean boost that adds harmonic content and excitement without pushing into distortion territory.

Turn the Gain up and it moves through overdrive into full fuzz, so the same pedal covers a boost pedal’s job and a fuzz pedal’s job depending on where you set it. The Range switch gives you a lower-gain option for sweeter, more controlled tones, and the Contour switch lets you favour bass or treble depending on your amp and guitar.

• Gain: Sets drive from a boost up to full fuzz
• Volume: Sets overall volume – matches your amp’s volume, then cuts or boosts as needed
• Contour (toggle): More bass to the left – more treble to the right
• Range (toggle): switches between lower and higher gain ranges
