Emma Electronic Navigator Delay Pedal

The Emma Electronic Navigator is a hybrid delay pedal. A custom coded digital processor (DSP) generates a delay signal of up to a full second.

This then feeds back into an all analogue path for warmth, giving you the flexibility of long digital delay times without that sterile edge fully digital circuits sometimes have.

Two Delay Voices, Genuine Rhythmic Range

What sets the Navigator apart from a standard delay is the beat-split feature.

Alongside the main delay, a second delay voice runs at a fixed rhythmic ratio. This can be half, two-thirds, or three-quarter intervals, giving you classic dotted-eighth and other multi-tap patterns without needing a second pedal.

The Second Level control lets you bring that voice up alongside the main delay, or indeed turn the main delay off entirely and use the beat-split voice on its own. This gives quite for different rhythmic textures.

The Colour control shapes the tone of the delay once it’s back in the analogue signal path. The modulation section (Speed and Depth) can layer in anything from a subtle tape-style warble to a lush chorus or flanging effect on the repeats.

With trails, tap tempo, and stereo wet/dry outputs on top, this is a very deep delay pedal in a compact, pedalboard-friendly footprint.

Runs on a standard 9V DC centre-negative supply and draws approximately 70mA.
