Massive analog monophonic suboctave generating device!
Queequeg is KMA Audio Machine’s take on a simple, yet massive analog monophonic suboctave generating device.
Our aim was to provide a super easy to use and ultra-fast tracking suboctaver in a small footprint. It also works equally well on guitar, bass and synth. So these classic earth-shakingly awesome tones can find their way to any setup out there.
With its one-knob SUB control, you are able to dial in the right blend of the generated suboctave and your clean signal.
Queequeg’s quick tracking benefits from the all-analog circuit design, giving you a very organic and smooth suboctave sound.
Thickening up your tone slightly, blasting out faux bass-synth resonances or even filling in for a missing bass sound are just some of Queequeg’s specialties.
The Subcontrol goes from completely clean on the left, to 100% suboctave action on the right side.

Whats new with the Queequeg 2?
Time doesn’t stand still and so with the KMA Audio Devices Queequeg 2, the aim was not only to update the device with a more striking appearance but also add an extra sub octave and the ability to switch and mix between them.
With a small footprint, the updated pedal also has top mounted jacks and relay based soft switching. Queequeg 2’s super, easy-to-use and ultra-fast tracking sub-octaver works equally well on guitar, bass and synth, so these classic big tones can find their way to any setup out there.
Control
- Mix: Blends between your dry clean signal and the generated sub octave. 12 o’clock gives you a 50/50 ratio and fully cranked offers you 100% of pure sub power.
- Toggle Switch: Lets you select between either the first octave (-I), the second (-II) or mix both together (-I/-II) which gives you a thunderously massive wall of sound, it even changes colour depending on the mode.

Powered by an optional standard 9V (negative center, 2.1mm, approx. 60mA current draw)
Every pedal is designed, made, tested and numbered by hand in our small workshop.
We use double-sided PCBs which are designed, tested and assembled by ourselves, to guarantee a high quality standard and keep the price of our pedals reasonable. The use of an indestructible powder coated die-cast enclosure ensures our maximum durability.
