The Mojo Hand FX Park Theatre has a story behind it. The Park is a non-profit music venue in Holland, Michigan that suffered structural damage and needed rebuilding. Jon Cusack of Cusack Music — a close collaborator with Mojo Hand — suggested making a pedal to raise funds for the venue. Mojo Hand’s designer decided the pedal should attempt to capture the sound of the old theatre itself: the natural reverb of the space, the echo of the room. A benefit for an independent venue, built into the circuit.
The result is a hall reverb and echo pedal voiced to simulate a large theatre space — from a very short doubling effect at minimum settings to a long sustaining hall at maximum. The analogue delay repeats have a natural warmth to them. The reverb has a diffuse, spacious quality that suits ambient playing particularly well.

The Park is a non-profit music venue in Holland, Michigan that suffered structural damage. Jon Cusack of Cusack Music suggested making a pedal to raise funds. Mojo Hand’s designer decided the pedal should attempt to capture the sound of the theatre — the natural reverb of the space. The design is voiced to simulate the acoustic character of a large theatrical space.
The delay character is analogue-voiced — warm and natural rather than clean and precise. Whether the underlying circuit is fully analogue or uses digital processing with analogue voicing is not specified by Mojo Hand.
A large hall character with diffuse, spacious reflections. At minimum Delay and Repeat settings it produces a short doubling effect. At maximum settings it produces a long, sustaining hall reverb. It’s particularly well suited to ambient and post-rock playing.
Yes — set the Delay and Repeat controls low and use the Verb control to dial in the reverb character. The two effects are blended via the Mix control.
Yes — true bypass throughout.
