The Death By Audio Supersonic Fuzz Gun is one of DBA’s wildest circuits.
It is a fuzz pedal with an oscillation (OSC) mode that brings a controllable oscillation into the fuzz that responds to your guitar’s volume knob. In fact all the controls are quite interactive.
At normal settings it’s a flexible, multi-control fuzz. Engage OSC mode and the pedal takes on a life of its own, chirping, screaming, and sputtering even when you’re not playing.
Multiple controls give more shaping options than most DBA fuzzes.
Controls
- Bias: Change the bias on the output transistor
- Density: Increases the Q range input into the fuzz while also adjusting the oscillation frequency in Osc. mode.
- Fuzz: Increases the output intensity.
- Filter: Sweeps the high frequencies of the output.
- Level: Controls overall volume.
- Gate/Osc. Toggle: Standard gated fuzz / Self-oscillating fuzz.
