Weehbo Hellfire

The Weehbo Hellfire is a versatile and dynamic low to medium gain overdrive.

The overdrive is the small footprint version of the Helldrive and comes with the same features and sounds but without the boost function.

You can get a wide range of different sounds only by your playing technique and it keeps the character of your instruments alive.

The gain reaches from low to medium overdriven sounds. The overall sound and gain structure is always a bit rough with lots of mids like typical British sounding amplifiers.

With the Input, Balls and Tone knobs it’s possible to create your own tone by shaping the sound of the Hellfire. Furthermore, there are trimmer resistors (Presence and Bass) inside the unit to fine-tune your sound.

Vintage look:

The box of this unit is totally handcrafted. After drilling and varnishing, the surface gets processed with a hand grinder several times to get the reliced look.

Every single unit and box is unique because of this special machining method.

Controls

• Level: Adjusts the volume level
• Gain: Adjusts the amount of distortion
• Balls: Adjusts lower mids and compression
• Tone: Simple high-cut filter

Power:

You have to insert a standard 9-18 volt DC power adaptor (2.1mm with negative tip) into the dc jack to power up the pedal. A higher supply voltage results in more headroom, clarity and greater dynamic response.

This unit runs off 9-18 volt DC only, doNOT use adaptors with higher voltages or alternating current (AC).

True bypass:

The footswitch operates as a true bypass to guarantee the best signal quality when the unit is in bypass mode.

The Hellfire uses a 100% pure analogue circuit for the audio path.
